NJSS is gearing up for the 2010 season with new
programs and exciting new opportunities
New Jersey Sailing School is making a number of positive changes to our programs offering
significantly more classes, charters, and overall sailing
opportunities. In the upcoming 2010 season, we will continue to offer
the high quality ASA courses on a regular basis along with our
rentals and charters as we have in the past. However, under the new
management of Captain
Stephen Dinklage and our
top Instructors and Staff, we are looking at a number of new
programs.
Web-Site Reconstruction is
ongoing so stay tuned. While some of our dates and information is
outdated, we are in the process of redesigning and updating our site.
During the update process, you can still book classes and search for
information. Our ASA classes are currently offered for booking with
open dates with discounts for the inconvenience. If you book with an
open date, you will be given preference as dates are announced. So
book early and save!

SAILING
SCHOOL.
LEARN TO SAIL. They all mean the same thing except we have maintained
the top rating as judged by the ASA. Look for more Sailing Courses and
seminars including weekday lessons, Radar / GPS Seminar, Cruising
Catamaran Courses, special Bareboat Chartering Courses (BBC). We have
offices in the
Philadelphia
area and at the
Jersey
Shore
in Pt. Pleasant. We offer the "official" NJ Safe Boating Course,
Diesel Clinic, USCG Approved Coast Guard License Courses AND Sailing Workshops (Which will
run through the summer of 2010). The Special BBC Courses are more extensive ASA Bareboat
Chartering Courses that run for 3 to 4 days and may be a one way
destination trip - FULL DAY - Sailing "Delivery" Workshop.
Sail on our 45
Island
Packet all day this spring from Pt. Pleasant to Keyport. Sailing
Workshops permit supervised Sailing on 30' - 45' Sloop. Some trips
will include an evening sail for 4 hours, other will include full
days of sailing in the ocean or bay.

AND LEARN ON THE BEAUTIFUL WATERS OF THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS
WE
EXCLUSIVELY USE THE PRISTINE SUNSAIL SAILBOATS - A 2010 trip is
currently being planned and scheduled

offering the new ASA Weather Certificatioon course this spring. Watch

Ocean Trips Again this
season we will be offering one way delivery workshops. These trips
are scheduled sailing from Pt Pleasant, NJ to
Sandy Hook Bay,
NJ (or
reverse). Update your profile

CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR IN THE SPRING AND RECEIVE A LIMITED USCG LICENSE

IQ will be offered from our location in Pt. Pleasant, NJ.
New Jersey
Sailing
School's ASA 201 has now
been fully approved by the
United States
Coast Guard. This approval allows us to issue the recipients a
Certificate of Training which qualifies them for a
United States
Limited
Coast
Guard license without having to take the exam at the USCG Station. E
